AUTHENTICITY
Authenticity is the foundation of every piece we present. Each item undergoes a structured verification process combining physical inspection, brand-specific knowledge, archival research, expert review, and AI-assisted analysis.
EVERY DETAIL MATTERS
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Stitching, materials, leather texture, construction, hardware, engravings, labels, logos, and finishing details are carefully examined.
BRAND & ERA
Each piece is evaluated according to brand-specific characteristics, collection history, manufacturing methods, and period-specific details.
EXPERT REVIEW
Experienced reviewers assess the findings using brand knowledge, historical references, and professional authentication standards.
AI-ASSISTED
VERIFICATION
Our process is supported by AI-assisted visual analysis. Relevant details may be examined across proportions, typography, logos, stitching patterns, hardware shapes, materials, construction, and other brand-specific elements. Where applicable, production markings, serial numbers, date codes, stamps, and identifying details are also reviewed for consistency with the piece and its estimated era.
AI-assisted analysis serves as an additional verification layer and does not replace professional human judgment.
ARCHIVAL COMPARISON
Available historical references are used to compare design, materials, hardware, logos, construction, and period-specific characteristics.
PRODUCTION DETAILS
Where applicable, markings, codes, stamps, serial details, and other identifiers are examined for consistency with the piece and its production period.
INCONSISTENCY SCREENING
The review looks for irregularities, altered details, replacement components, or characteristics that may require further investigation.
MULTI-STAGE REVIEW
Physical findings, expert assessment, AI-assisted analysis, and archival references are considered together before a final decision is made.
OUR STANDARD
Before a piece becomes part of Maison Archiv, it must meet our standards for authenticity, condition, and presentation. When authenticity cannot be established with sufficient confidence, the piece is not offered for sale.
FINAL ACCEPTANCE
Only pieces that successfully meet our verification standards are accepted into the archive. Our process is designed to provide a careful, transparent, and responsible assessment of every piece we present.
AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION
Authenticity and condition are evaluated separately. An authentic piece may show signs of previous ownership, age, wear, restoration, or use. Condition details are disclosed independently within each product description.
Every piece carefully verified.
Every archive protected.
